Regular Checking
This checking account is FREE! No monthly service charge. No minimum daily balance required.
Interest Bearing Checking
MLCU’s interest-bearing checking accounts accrue dividends on your entire account balance. Dividends are posted monthly. No minimum deposit is required. With this account your monthly service charge is $6.00, but if you maintain an average daily balance of $1,000 or higher, the monthly service fee is waived.
Prime Plus Checking
Free to MLCU members who are 59 and over. These are non-interest bearing accounts that have no monthly service fees. There is also no cost for standard check orders.
Automated Checking
This account offers members with direct deposit the ultimate in convenience. Automated Checking accounts are non-interest bearing accounts and there will be no monthly service fee as long as you have direct deposit. If you already have a checking account with us and would like to make the switch to Automated Checking, just give us a call. There is no charge for this change. We’ll handle the details and because your account number will remain the same, you won’t need to reorder checks.
