- organization and support for operational services for individuals and legal entities;
- dossier formation control and preparation for transfer to centralized storage;
- organizing and carrying out work with customer requests received by the branch through all existing feedback channels, in accordance with the internal documents of the company;
- participation in activities for the professional training of operational employees of the branch;
- identification of systemic problems, as well as preparation and submission of proposals for their elimination to the specialized divisions;
- ensuring operational interaction between the branch and independent structural divisions.
